Geoff Ninnes

Geoff Ninnes, founder and Managing Director of Geoff Ninnes Fong & Partners, is a respected expert in Aquatic engineering. He has lectured at conferences in Australia, New Zealand and South Africa and is the firm´s Principal Aquatic Engineer. Geoff consults on new and complex swimming pools nationally and internationally with recent projects taking him to Brunei, Shanghai and Fiji.

Brad Fong

Brad commenced working at Geoff Ninnes & Partners in 1986 before becoming a Director in 1994. During his time at Geoff Ninnes Fong & Partners, Brad has designed and inspected a range of complex building projects.

Brad´s area of expertise includes:

Tony Russo

Tony became senior Engineer at Geoff Ninnes Fong & Partners in 1997 and Associate Director in 1999. Tony has worked on a number of large-scale engineering projects, some worth more than $50 million.

Gordon Smith

Gordon has been a consulting engineer for over 30 years and is the Director of Aquatic Projects, East Coast. His expertise in the field of aquatic engineering includes working on numerous major aquatic centres such as, municipal pools, leisure centres, spas and hydrotherapy pools, slides and various water features. 

Gordon´s additional areas of expertise include:

  • Prestressed, pre- and post tensioned concrete structures
  • Institutional buildings (schools, hospitals, libraries, prisons)
